The context
A manufacturing SME in Veneto with approximately 30 employees managed orders, warehouse and production entirely through Excel spreadsheets shared via email. The result: misaligned data, frequent inventory errors and no real-time visibility on order status.

The team lost an average of 8 hours per week on manual data entry, data reconciliation and searching for information scattered across different files.
The solution
We designed and developed a custom web management system with:
- Operational dashboard with real-time visibility on orders, warehouse and production
- Order management with automated workflow from receipt to delivery
- Warehouse tracking with automatic stock level updates
- Notification system for minimum stock levels and order deadlines
- User roles differentiated by department (production, warehouse, administration)
